Our Story
AKUSH Talent Management was founded by Hilda Akumu to give aspiring models in Nakuru somewhere serious to start. What began as coaching a handful of young people has grown into a studio training three age groups across weekend and holiday programmes.
We believe talent is built, not just discovered. Every student is taught the fundamentals — posture, runway technique, etiquette and grooming — alongside the confidence and public speaking skills that carry over into the rest of their lives.
Hilda Akumu
Founder & Lead Trainer
Hilda is a working model and trainer who has spent years on shoots, runways and stages across Kenya. She leads every programme personally, and mentors students from their first class through to their first professional booking.

When We Train
- Weekend Programme — Sundays, 2:00pm – 5:00pm
- Holiday Programme — Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 12:00pm
